FORUM is run by a Board of Directors and is supervised by a Supervisory Board. Mr Sadik Harchaoui is Chair of the Board of Directors.  
The Supervisory Board comprises four members whose expertise encompasses various sectors of society.

Mr Sadik Harchaoui

Sadik Harchaoui (4 March 1973, Morocco) graduated from a college in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. He studied Law at the University of Utrecht, specialising in Criminal and Civil Law.
From 1998 onwards, Sadik Harchaoui was affiliated to the District Court at Zwolle, working as a trainee Officer of Justice. He started work as a deputy public prosecutor for the Zwolle-Lelystad District Court in June 2000.
In addition to his legal work, since 1997 Harchaoui has worked at the Willem Pompe Institute, Department of Criminology, Utrecht University, as a researcher and teacher, giving Post Academic Law courses to lawyers as well. Harchaoui is a board member of various NGOs. He is co-author and editor of many academic articles and books on a variety of subjects. He is chair of the Dutch Council for Social Development.
Since August 2003, Sadik Harchaoui has held the post of Chair of the Board of Directors of FORUM.
